Ntombi Thobela is a marketing professional supporting both FESPA and the FESPA Foundation through insight-led communication and engagement. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, she applies her understanding of human behavior, motivation, and decision-making to shape messaging that resonates with diverse audiences. Passionate about purpose-driven communication, Ntombi enjoys translating both brand and social impact goals into meaningful narratives that inspire connection, participation, and community.

Rabina Banda is a dynamic marketing professional specializing in social media strategy and digital brand engagement. With a strong focus on creative storytelling and data-driven campaign execution, Rabina is passionate about bringing brands to life online and driving meaningful audience connections. She thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys crafting content that inspires, informs, and builds community.

Keith brings a wealth of digital analytics, website and marketing experience to the team from previous roles in ecommerce across FMCG companies. He is passionate about providing data and insights to develop FESPA as a business and a community.

Caroline has nearly two decades’ experience in marketing global exhibitions and events. She has a passion for the power of events to bring together communities face-to-face. Having worked across a diverse range of sectors in her career, she’s excited to bring her enthusiasm to the printing industry.

Neil Felton joined FESPA as Managing Director in 2011 and was promoted to CEO in 2013. Under his leadership, FESPA has seen remarkable growth, launching 9 new international shows (five regional, four sector-specific) and expanding its global community with new FESPA Direct membership options alongside its 37 associations supported by the Profit for Purpose program.

Hamish Macintyre, an Accounting and Finance graduate with over five years of finance experience, joined FESPA in 2024. He previously worked as an Accounts Assistant at Fullers Brewery, where he gained experience in Management Accounts.

Gill brings diverse experience to FESPA’s finance team, having worked for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in Pakistan and Cameroon before transitioning to the education sector as a Finance Assistant and School Business Manager. She aims to further develop her skills and pursue an accountancy qualification.

Marta has over a decade of experience in marketing and communications, specializing in event logistics for both internal and external functions. Her expertise includes organizing international festivals, sports competitions, and managing exhibition stands.

Rosa, holding a Bachelor’s in Design and Visual Communication from UNAM and a Diploma in Forensic Art, joined FESPA in 2023. She brings over five years of experience in administrative and logistics coordination for corporate and social events, actively supporting the team with her skills and positive attitude.
